Available for inspection in Sydney by appointment. A Steel semi-custom raised pilothouse long-range expedition trawler, the new Bering 77 features a major redesign on previous models. The raised vantage point with comfortable seating provides the perfect space to enjoy forward vistas of the open ocean while underway.
The Bering 77 explorer yacht is one of our most successful models - and it's easy to see why. For starters, the Bering 77 high bow offers an incredibly dry ride. An evolution of the Bering 65 and the Bering 72, she shares the bulbous bow, hard chined hull sides, and twin gondola skeg underbody of her smaller sister ships.
Powered by twin Cummins QSM 11 355 HP marine diesel engines, the Bering 75 has a top speed of 11 knots and a cruising speed of 8 knots. She boasts an autonomous range of over 4,000 nautical miles at cruising speed. Its standard on board equipment includes an excellent satellite communication system as well as an uninterrupted internet connection, making its safety at sea unparalleled.
Bering yachts, with their stunning interiors and beautifully finished hulls, are extremely capable and reliable ocean-crossing vessels. All Bering yachts are built heavy for size which provides a particularly sea-kindly motion that very few recreational motor yachts are capable of delivering. A carefully designed low center of gravity combined with the sheer mass of the vessel provides a reduction in roll movement and minimized pitching and pounding that so many find unpleasant. This heavy for size approach is well proven in the commercial marine market where vessel weight is really how one defines a vessel's size as opposed to length.

Aside from her ocean-going capabilities, a large interior volume lets each owner select a range of accommodation layouts and stylish interior designs.
Boasting a range of 4.000 nm, she is capable of running nonstop for an impressive total of 22 days -- averaging 192 miles a day at a leisurely 8-knot cruising speed.
