Originally built as a flagship vessel The Cadman had been overlooked for some time by the original owners. The newly modernised vessel is for sale for only the second time in its history.

The Cadman which has been seen on the Sydney Harbour for about 29 years is well known and her dining reputation is impeccable.

The current owner has established a business which currently has approximately $400k worth of secured charters, there is an opportunity for this to be negotiated for sale along with the vessel www. Cadmancruises. Com. Au @cadmancruises.

Previously the vessel underwent an internal refit in 2015. She was last slipped in March 2018 and had new SKF bearings fitted. In June 2018 the shafts were pulled and inspected for survey, in March 2019 The Cadman completed in-water survey and has had a hull ultrasound and anodes replaced to ensure she is in order awaiting her next slipping due June 2020.

The vessel is well presented with 3 separate dining areas and 2 full size bars. There is a commercial grade galley with a separate preparation area. There are 2 cool rooms adjacent to the preparation area and a third in the midship storage area of the vessel. Post mix (Schweppes) has been installed to both bars, a lease agreement is in place.

The dining areas are able to cater to approximately 300 seated guests and 450 guests for casual events.

The Cadman is in AMSA survey class 1D and 1E, there is an SMS and Engineering Procedure in place which has been audited and approved with the addition of life rafts and a few other minor changes, the vessel should go into 1C survey.
